Remove Deco Unit Using App
To reset the Deco mesh system using the Deco app, just
follow simple steps given below;
1.
Download the app (if it is not installed in your
phone) from the Play Store or App store.
2.
Open/launch the Deco app and go to More
option> select the Deco unit which you want to remove.
3.
Then, tap on the Remove buttons and Agree to
reset the device.
4.
After the 10-15 minutes the device unit will
reset and after that you have to re-do the deco setup.

Resetting Deco Manually
The reset process is very simple, but by completing it, all
the data and settings will be deleted, then you have to re-adjust them or re-do
Deco
setup again.
1.
Find the reset pinhole button on the WiFi mesh
device.
2.
Use a sharp object or pen or pin to press and
hold the button for 5-10 seconds.
3.
Then the reset process will start and will
complete after 10-15 minutes.
Re-Adjust Settings After Resetting Deco
If you want to configure via computer or laptop:
1.
Open/launch the updated web browser in your
computer.
2.
Enter the IP address of the Deco 192.168.68.1 or
URL tplinkdeco.net and press Enter to search.
3.
You will get to the login page, where you have
to enter username and password.
4.
Just enter the admin credentials and click on
the Log In button.
5.
The interface window will load on the web
browser.
6.
Here, you can re-adjust the settings and
networks easily.
You can also use these steps when you are completing the Deco AX3000 setup in
your home.
If you want to configure via phone or Deco app:
1.
First if you don’t have the Deco app then
download the app in your internet device;
Connect the phone to the Deco network and open Play store
(If you have Android) or App Store (If you have iPhone). Search the Deco app
and tap on the Install or Get button to download and install the app.
2.
Open the app, and create an account by entering
the Email address, name, password, and confirm password.
3.
Then, you can adjust or setup the TP-Link Deco
mesh system again and use it again.
Update Deco Right Away
1.
Access App in your phone by typing Email ID and
password.
2.
Go in to More option, and select Update tab.
3.
Tap on the UPDATE button and then it will start
to upgrade.
Other Troubleshooting Tips
Check Cable Link
One of the Deco units will connect to the modem via Ethernet
cable. You should check that the cable is connected to the correct ports. Also
check that the cable is not damaged or cut from anywhere.
Restart Deco
By restarting the device, all the settings and parts will be
refreshed. So, to reboot the device, you just have to plug it out of the power
outlet and plug it again or you can press the power button twice.
The Ending Lines
Deco mesh system consists of more than two networking
devices, in which one of the devices will connect to the modem and others will
connect with Deco router. But here, we will provide you simple steps to reset
